Antigone

I find Antigone interesting because even though it was written so long ago, it has relations to today's society and problems. For example, Ismene and Antigone are two sisters born under the same family's rules and morals, but they both have two different morals and ideas when a problem comes up. When they find out that one of their brothers will be buried, and the other will not, they're both upset by it. But only Antigone wants to do something about it. They both know the punishment for going to bury their brother themselves, and still only Antigone feels so passionate about going to bury him. I find this interesting because it's like one sister wants to rebel, and the other one doesn't.
