Bob Ewell has no right to hate Atticus like he does. It's an unfair hate; Atticus was just doing his job a lawyer- he did no wrong. Finding out that a Cunningham wanted to acquit was a shock. Aunt Alexandra's reaction to scout wanting Walter over for dinner was unacceptable; Aunt Alexandra needs to learn that not everyone can be categorized by their last name. Jem has a good point in saying that maybe Boo Radley doesn't come out because he doesn't want to.
