In these chapters, i was happy to finally get to the climax of the book when the court case begins. I was surprised that Atticus stayed outside the jail house and prevented a group of men to go in and possibly heckle and hurt Tom Robinson. Also, I thought that it was great that Jem and Scout sat on the opposite side of the court room with the colored people. They are showing that they are not racist and are not prejudice. I also think that it was Mr. Ewell that attacked his daughter because he is left handed and Atticus said that it would be more likely for a left handed person to leave marks on the right side of a person's face. I feel like Mr. Ewell is putting his daughter up to framing Tom Robinson.
