To Kill a Mockingbird 7-8

So much happened and came out within these two chapters and it really changes the reader's perspective of the story. After Boo Radley makes himself more apparent in a friedly way by fixing Jem's pants and putting a blanket over Scout during the fire, the reader as well as Scout start to think differently about Boo. He is no longer this scary legend anymore, he is now a loving underestimated human being who is just looking for friends in his own ways. He does this through these small discreet acts of kindness and through the whole in the tree, which eventually gets plugged by Nathan Radley with cement.
