TKAM chapter 10-11

When Scout and Miss Maudy are talking about Atticus, Scout says that he's old and can't do anything. I think that this is another example of Scout being an unreliable narrator, because she doesn't understand that Atticus is wise, and as Miss Maudy puts it "there's life in him yet". I also find it ironic how at the end of the chapter Atticus manages to shoot the dog and it surprises Jem and Scout. I feel like the story is starting to revolve more around the relationship they have with their father.
